The reasons why the job is attractive are also carefully analyzed and accordingly shared with the candidates.

The objectives of the assignment are defined and an ideal candidate profile developed. At the same time, we create communications materials that describe the opportunity and the organization for potential candidates.

A comprehensive search strategy is adopted which not only covers conventional mediums like search from own database, job portals, head hunting but an extensive thrust is given on Social Media platform which pools in large aspirants

  • Screening

Potential candidates are thoroughly screened on agreed parameters, their qualifications examined, past performance verified, motivation and personality assessed and, where appropriate, strengths and weaknesses appraised.

Throughout the search process, the client is kept informed of progress and findings. A long list of qualified candidates together with profiles is shared with the client along with recommendations of those who best meet the specifications.

  • Candidate Meetings

Candidates who meet the requirements and are shortlisted by the client are scheduled for initial interaction with the client through the mode preferred by the client. After each round, feedback is obtained from all parties and interest levels on both sides are carefully monitored.

Post selection candidate reference check is initiated of find the correctness of the details documented in resumes and stated in personal interview.

  • Handholding

After a successful selection, we make the candidates aware about the country, company, culture, language, kids education, visa formalities, air travel etc by maintaining continuous dialogue with both the candidate and the client to ensure a smooth transition and eventual integration of the candidate into the organization
