- Prepare daily requisitions for Raw Materials, verify quantities/quality, and account for losses
- Maintain personal and floor hygiene levels
- Monitor all processes for quality assurance
- Track OEE for machines and complete required forms
- Ensure daily production targets are met
- Conduct continuous training for workers
- Implement Kaizen for continuous improvement
- Report machine issues to the engineer
- Set goals for workers and ensure compliance with company plans
- Assess work performance and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor traceability through proper documentation
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly reports to management
- Ensure equipment and machines are maintained as per the schedule
- Adhere to health & safety rules and prepare work injury reports
- Attend quarterly Health & Safety committee meetings
